About the role

The Virtual Assistant provides remote administrative support to our department. The successful candidate communicates clearly, handles sensitive information with care, and keeps tasks and records organized.

Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders.

Monitor and organize email and other routine communications.

Prepare, proofread, and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.

Maintain digital files, records, and contact lists.

Enter and update information in [database or software].

Support meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up tasks.

Assist with research, travel arrangements, and other administrative projects as needed.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Comfortable using email, calendars, video meetings, and common office software.

Able to handle confidential information professionally.

Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
