The Amazon Legal and Public Policy Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Sourcing Recruiter to join our organization in support of our growing business. We are looking for a Sourcing Recruiter who can thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment. The person in this role must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels.To be successful in this role, you'll need to use your sourcing skills to research Legal talent populations and network with passive candidates. You will collaborate with the business to create robust sourcing strategies to find and attract the best and the brightest. If you would like to request an accommodation for the interview or onboarding process, please let our team know and we will connect you to our accommodation team.Key job responsibilitiesWhat will you do as a Legal and Public Policy Sourcing Recruiter?- Build and actively implement sourcing strategies to attract and hire the very best technical talent.- Provide strategic guidance and become an advisor to business leaders in matters related to Legal and Public Policy Recruiting by delivering results.- Partner with business stakeholders.- Conduct market research and use data to build talent insights and recommend hiring strategies.- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.- Implement and fine-tune new and existing processes for recruiting that contribute to Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience.- Work on various projects focused on improving candidate generation best practices.Basic qualifications- Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experiencePreferred qualification - Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships- Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team- 3+ years of Legal recruitingAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
