To support the Information Technology team, the part-time temporary SharePoint Administrator will manage and enhance SharePoint Online administration, troubleshooting, and user support in a fully remote environment for a duration of 6 to 12 months. Key responsibilities Administers and maintains SharePoint sites, document libraries, and user permissions while troubleshooting various issues Implements improvements to the usability, search, and discoverability of information within the SharePoint environment Develops user guides and training materials while providing support and mentoring to staff and SharePoint champions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred Minimum three years of hands-on SharePoint Online administration experience in a production Microsoft 365 environment Experience configuring and supporting SharePoint sites, document libraries, and metadata Proven ability to troubleshoot SharePoint search, access, and document-management issues Experience developing technical documentation and delivering training to users
