Manage and mentor a team of cross‑functional digital marketing buyers or strategists, with a focus on coaching and developing team members. Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of ROAS‑driven and revenue‑focused SEM campaigns (Google Search, Shopping, and YouTube Ads) and paid social campaigns (Meta: Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Oversee integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (search, social, display, programmatic), ensuring performance aligns with client objectives. Maintain hands‑on involvement within platforms, including managing bids and budgets, building and quality‑checking campaigns, and leveraging measurement and experimentation tools. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering weekly reporting, insights, and leading large‑scale strategic presentations. Drive channel diversification and investment strategy recommendations based on performance data. Collaborate with internal teams and global teammates to align on cross‑regional media strategy. Analyze SEM and cross‑channel campaign performance data, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Continuously refine and improve internal processes to drive team efficiency and performance. Stay current on the latest SEM and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements Hands‑on experience running paid campaigns in Google Ads and/or Search Ads360, including Shopping and YouTube. Hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta/Facebook Ads Manager). Proven track record of executing and optimizing ROAS‑driven, revenue‑focused campaigns. Recent hands‑on experience within platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, including campaign builds, bid/budget management, and experimentation. Proven experience in direct people management , including coaching and developing team members. Strong experience presenting to clients, including reporting, strategic pitches, and investment planning. Agency experience is highly preferred. Solid background in digital marketing across multiple channels (search, social, display, programmatic). Exceptional client relationship management, communication, and analytical skills. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.). Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
