Right at Home Fremont provides in-home care services that help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to help keep our office running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and being the person that keeps everything on track.
This is not a sales position. No home care experience is required. We are happy to train the right candidate.
What You'll DoServe as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls
Support clients, families, and caregivers with general questions
Assist with caregiver scheduling and coverage coordination
Help process new hire paperwork and caregiver onboarding
Maintain organized employee and client records
Update information in company databases and software systems
Support day-to-day office operations and special projects
Work closely with agency leadership to ensure smooth office operations
Friendly and professional
Highly organized and dependable
Comfortable speaking with people by phone
Able to manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented and accurate
Eager to learn and take initiative
Comfortable using computers and office software
Experience in any of the following is helpful but not required:
Administrative support
